AI WORKFLOWS · MONTHLY
Automations that
keep working.
Jay builds and looks after the workflows that follow up with leads, remind customers about appointments, chase unpaid invoices, and ask for reviews — so nothing slips when you are busy.
Plans start at $149/month. Every plan includes monitoring, fixes, a clear response time, and a monthly update in plain English. You own the workflows, accounts, and docs. After the first 3 months, billing is month-to-month and you can cancel with 30 days’ notice.

On every plan
- Unused hours do not roll over. Extra work is billed at $75/hr.
- Automations Jay did not build need a one-time onboarding review ($99) before they are covered. Waived if Jay built them.
- After 3 months, the plan is month-to-month. Cancel with 30 days’ notice. Workflows, accounts, and docs stay yours.
Not included
- Third-party subscriptions and usage, such as Zapier or Make, SMS credits, AI API usage, and CRM seats. You pay those vendors directly.
- New large automations or systems. Those are quoted as a custom build.
- 24/7 or weekend emergency support.
- Content writing, ad management, or bookkeeping.
- Outages caused by a third-party platform. Jay monitors them and works around them when possible.
- Sign-off on automated messages, such as SMS consent. Jay flags concerns; you stay responsible for what gets sent.
Example workflows
- Lead follow-up. A form or missed call creates a lead, the customer gets an instant reply, you get an alert, and a reminder fires if nobody follows up within 24 hours.
- Booking reminders. Confirmation when an appointment is booked, then reminders 24 hours and 2 hours before, with a reschedule link. No-shows are tagged for a rebooking note.
- Invoice chasing. Polite reminders at 3, 7, and 14 days past due, plus a weekly overdue list. The sequence stops when payment lands.
- Review requests. After a completed job or payment, a thank-you with a review link. Unhappy replies go to you first.
A local auto shop on Growth Ops might run booking reminders, review requests, and invoice chasing — 3 of 5 slots — with weekly checks that messages are going out.
